Fakhreddin Karim Asaad Fattah was born in 1969 in the Gulkandi neighborhood of Erbil Governorate, he studied up to the primary stage, he worked as a tradesman in the Erbil market, he had a brother named Muhammad Karim in Aylul Revolution Was martyred.
Struggle RecordIn 1991 he joined the ranks of the revolution and took up arms, he became a Peshmerga under the command of the Martyr Sami, on March 11, 1991, the uprising of the people of Erbil city, a force of the Ba'ath regime was in the Khatunawa neighborhood and the Peshmerga Forces confronted them, during the attack on the Ba'ath regime's post, Fakhreddin Karim and seventeen other comrades were captured, right there in Khatunawa along with Jawhar Papir and the sons of Mullah Khalid they were executed by firing squad while alive and were martyred, the other part of their comrades who had been captured were transferred to Prde and were executed by firing squad there.
