Amina Zikri Said Nerwayi was born on March 26, 1979, in the city of Duhok. She is a graduate of the Kurdish Language and Literature Department at the University of Duhok. In 2007, she was a member of the Kurdistan Institute for Political Affairs in Duhok, which was affiliated with the Election Agency of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. In 2008, she was transferred to Branch 1 of the Party in Duhok with the rank of branch member. She was a member of the third and fourth terms of the Kurdistan Parliament.
On November 6, 2022, in the Fourteenth Congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party in the city of Duhok, she was elected by the congress members as a member of the Central Committee. In the first meeting of the Political Bureau, she was elected as a member of the Political Bureau and is the head of the Inspection and Follow-up Board of the Kurdistan Democratic Party.
