Martyr Ali Piro Haji was born in 1972 in the village of Kolit, affiliated with the Sidakan district in Erbil Governorate, and was occupied with farming.
In the Year 1991, after the uprising of South Kurdistan, he joined the organizations of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. In 1995, he became a Peshmerga in the 6th Soran Army. The same year, he was transferred to the 64th Force in the Sidakan Army. He participated in all the wars of defending the rule of law in the Balakayati and Sidakan areas. On December 10, 1995, in the village of Letan, affiliated with the Sidakan district, in the war of defending the rule of law, he was martyred by the hands of PKK fighters.
