Ahmed Mustafa Maluk Khidr, a Peshmerga of the September Revolution, was martyred in Nawprdan in 1974. Martyr Ahmed Mustafa Maluk Khidr was born in 1935 in Jnerawa village of Rwanduz town, part of Erbil Governorate; he was a villager, worked in farming, and was married.
On 6 November 2022, at the 14th Congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party in Duhok city, he was elected by the congress members as a member of the Central Committee.
In 1961, he joined the September Revolution and became a Peshmerga at the Political Bureau headquarters of the Party under Dr. Mahmoud Othman. He participated in most of the battles in the Soran and Balakayati areas. In 1974, he was martyred in Nawprdan as a result of bombardment by the Ba'ath regime.
