Franso Toma Kanun, also known as Franso Hariri, a teacher, and politician, joined the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) in 1963. In 1969, he became the head of the Balak Regional Committee of the Second Branch Committee. In 1979, he became a reserve member of the Central Committee of the Ninth Congress.

Falakeddin Sabir Hamud Aziz, also referred to as Falakeddin Kakaei was a politician and writer born in 1943. He approached the Kurdistan Democratic Party (PDK) in 1965. He was elected as a member of the Kurdistan Democratic Party's (KDP) Central Committee in the ninth and tenth congresses in 1979 and 1989.

Awni Yousef Ahmad Qasim, also known as Awni Qazi, was elected a member of the Central Committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) in 1946 by the delegates of the congress. In 1974, after the complicated situation between the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) and the Ba'ath Party, he joined the Peshmerga forces.

Lawyer Ali Abdullah Ali joined the ranks of the Peshmerga forces in 1962. In 1970, he was elected as a reserve member of the Central Committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP). He was executed on November 24, 1983, in Kirkuk prison.

Abdulmuhaiman Sheikh Sulaiman Sheikh Abdulsalam Sheikh Mohammed, also known as Abdulmuhaimen Barzani, joined the ranks of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) in 1962. In 1973, he graduated from the third round of the KDP cadre training school. He was displaced to Iran in 1975 after the collapse of the September Revolution.

Nechirvan Idris Mustafa Mohammed Barzani, also known as Nechirvan Barzani, was elected a member of the Central Committee and Political Bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) in 1989 at the 10th Congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP). He holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Tehran University. He is fluent in Kurdish, Persian, English and Arabic.

Doctor and politician Aras Hesso Mirkhan Ghazali, known as (Dr. Aras) was the representative of the eleventh (1993) and twelfth (1999) congresses and was elected in 2010 in the thirteenth congress as a member of the leadership Council of the Kurdistan Democratic Party.
