Abdullah Ismail Ahmad joined the Kurdish Democratic Party in 1949. In 1955, he was appointed as the head of the Erbil Regional Committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP). Furthermore in 1956, he was the second staff member of the committee of the first branch of the Kurdistan Democratic Party – Iraq. In 1959, he was elected as a member of the Central Committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) (Fourth Congress).

Mohammed Amin Faqe Hasan khzer was born in 1927 in Dargala village, in the Rawanduz district of Erbil province in South Kurdistan, on the Handren and Karokh mountains.

The Political Bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party in response to Ibrahim Ahmad’s request, party secretary, to oppose President Mustafa Barzani, the leader of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP), organized and held Mawat Conference- Mawat Conference of the Political Bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party – Iraq – April 9, 1964, in Mawat village.
