Qadir Qachakh

Legislator Qadir Abdulaziz Rashid Mohammed Ali, also known as Qadir Qachakh, Qachakh and Qachakh Kurdistani, joined the ranks of the KDP in 1979 and the Kurdistan Peshmerga Forces in 1980. Also, he was elected as a member of the Central Committee at the 10th congress (1989), and he was a representative for the 11th (1993) and 12th congresses.

Furthermore, at the Kurdistan Democratic Party's (KDP) 13th congress, he was chosen to serve on the party's leadership council in 2010. He is fluent in Kurdish and Persian.


Biography

Qadir Qachagh was born in 1962 in Duhok. He is a graduate from the fourth grade of high school. He was in charge of general security in the Kurdistan Region from 2001 to 2005. He is fluent in Kurdish and Persian.


Service Record

Qadir Qachakh joined the ranks of the KDP in 1979 and the Kurdistan Peshmerga Forces in 1980. From 1980 to 1991, he was a refugee in the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Throughout his tenure in the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP), he was assigned a variety of jobs and responsibilities such as:

  1. Head of Naghde Regional Committee (1984).

  2. Head of Khabati Regional Committee of Branch 1 Committee (1985).

  3. Head of Administrative Department of Political Bureau (1986).

  4. Administrator of Branch 1 Committee (1986).

  5. Head of Duhok Regional Committee (1987).

  6. Deputy Head of Branch 2 Committee (1989).

  7. Member of the Media Bureau (1991).

  8. Deputy Head of the Committee of the First Branch (1991-1994).

  9. Head of the Committee of the Ninth Branch of Akre (1994-1999).

  10. Head of the Committee of the Tenth Branch of Soran (1999).

  11. Head of the Peshmerga Organization Bureau (2001).

  12. Head of Branch 1 Committee (2004).

  13. Head of Cadre Institute (2007).

  14. Head of Branch 17 Committee (2018).

He took part in the capture of Gre Garmava in Duhok and the Battle of Spirez in 1987. Moreover, in 1988, he participated in the Derelok battle in Duhok as a commander, and he was unfortunately wounded in the battle of Shatuns village. Then, he was elected as a member of the Central Committee at the 10th congress (1989), and he was a representative for the 11th (1993) and 12th congresses. Furthermore, at the Kurdistan Democratic Party's (KDP) 13th congress, he was chosen to serve on the party's leadership council in 2010.

Masoud Mustafa Kaka Hama Hussein, known as Masoud Sallayi, joined the Party ranks in 1964; in 1974 he became the administrator of the Khabat Region branch Committee, which included the General Directorates of the September Revolution.
