Osman Sharif Fathullah Fatali

Osman Sharif Fathullah, a martyr, served in the Gulan Revolution and the Kurdish People's Uprising as a cadre and Peshmerga. Additionally, he fled to Iran during the Aylul Revolution. He was wounded once during his Peshmerga career. In 1991, he was shot by a solider of the Ba'ath regime near the Khase Bridge during the liberation of Kirkuk.


Osman Sharif Fathullah was born in 1963 in Penjwen district. Following the collapse of the Aylul Revolution, he fled to Iran and settled in Dzli port. After returning to Said Sadiq district and becoming a resident there, he became the owner of two sweet shops in Said Sadiq market. He studied until primary school. Moreover, He was married to Dilsoz Hama Amin and had two sons and two daughters named Massoud, Shakhawan, Chia and Shanaz. Unfortunately, his daughter Shanaz was martyred in 1991 on the Iranian border. She froze to death.

He joined Omar Haji Tutmani in 1978, an individual who was a part of the Hawraman forces of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP). Their main base was in Kani Sefi, which is near the border with Iraq. At the same time, Osman Sharif Fathullah became a cadre of the Suren organization of the fourth branch of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP).

He participated in the Battle of Kani Sef, the Battle of Ahmadawa, the activities of Sharazoor Plain, the Battle of Halabja, the Battle of Karadagh and the Battle of Sharazoor Plain.

Osman Sharif Fathullah suffered serious injuries in a bombing of the Ba'ath regime's temporary headquarters in the village of Siameway in the Sharazoor plain in 1980.

He participated in the 1991 uprising, in the liberations of Halabja, Penjwen district and Sharazoor plain. Furthermore, he participated in the liberations of Arbat district, Darbandikhan district, Sulaimani, Zarayn, Kalar, Jaloula and Kirkuk.

He was shot in the head on March 21, 1991, on the outskirts of Kirkuk, during the liberation of the city.

Jalal Mohammed Ahmad

Martyr Jalal Mohammed Ahmad served as a Peshmerga during the May Revolution. Throughout his Peshmerga career, he encountered two occurrences of injury. In 1982, he was apprehended by the Sulaimani security forces and subsequently executed. Jalal Mohammed Ahmad was born in 1962 in the village of Dula Suri, located in the Nalparez district of Penjwen district. He grew up as a villager and received education up until primary school.
