Khidr Dabagh

Khidr Abdullah Rasul also known as Khidr Dabagh was a Peshmerga of the Aylul Revolution. It was in 1963 when he contacted the Peshmerga forces of the Aylul Revolution. Later on, He became the commander of the Artillery Force of the Aylul Revolution and an assistant to Mala Mustafa Barzani for artillery affairs.


Khidr Abdullah Rasul was born on 1st February 1936 in Koya of Erbil province. He received his bachelor’s degree from Baghdad University in the 36th course on 12th July 1976. Additionally, After the collapse of the Aylul Revolution, he was displaced to Iran in 197, and he was imprisoned by the Iranian SAVAK in that same year. Moreover, after a year of his stay in Iran, he returned to Iraq and was deported to Diwaniya by the Iraqi government, and from 1978 to 1980, he was deported to Kut. Besides his mother tongue, he speaks Arabic and English.

 

In 1963 he contacted the Peshmerga forces of the Aylul Revolution, and he has also become a Peshmerga in the Razan River Force. Furthermore, in 1965, he became the commander of the artillery force of the Aylul Revolution and an assistant to Mala Mustafa Barzani for artillery affairs. To add more, he has participated in several artillery courses including the 1960 class artillery course for six months, in that same year, (Ahdas) Course in Baghdad, (Amra al-Kitaib) Course in Baghdad, in 1962 (Maqawama al-ta’irat) Course in Baghdad, in 1965 a course for the usage of 12mm mortar in Tehran and in 1970 (Amra Al-Saraiya) Course.

 

He participated in several battle, and they include the 1965 battles of Mount Safin, Korek Mountain, Ranya, Harir Plain, Battle of Khoshnawti Balisan, 1974 Battle of Spilk, Ma'askar Saruchawa, Sarkapkan, attack on Iraqi Army base in Mount Makok and the attacks on Iraqi Army in Kewarash Mountain. To add, in August 1974, he shot down two Iraqi army helicopters. He also retired in 1992 as a lieutenant.

Mohammad Hassan Bajlouri

Martyr Commander Mohammed Hassan Salim Ahmad was a Peshmerga of both the Aylul and Gullan Revolutions. In 1961, he contacted the Kurdistan Peshmerga forces. Then he was promoted to the rank of commander of the 4th Battalion of the Duhok Forces. On 26th November 1983, in the battle of Shino, he was martyred.

Haji Mirkhan Dolamari

Commander Haji Mirkhan Ahmad Sulaiman also known as Haji Mirkhan Dolamari was a Peshmerga of the Aylul, Gullan Revolution and the Uprising. He contacted the Peshmerga forces with his brother Heso mirkhan Dolamari on 1st May 1959. Then he was promoted to the head of branch rank on 7th July 1962. In 1970, he became the head of the Akre Regional Committee. He was also a member of the Aylul Higher Institution and head of the Aylul Committee in Soran and Mergasur.
