Hamid Muhammad Qadir Osman

Martyr Hamid Muhammad Qadir, he was a Peshmerga of the Gulan Revolution, in 1978 in the village of Kani Janan of the Halabja Govornorate he was ambushed by the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), during resting period Hamid Mohammed and five of his companions were martyred.
Martyr Hamid Muhammad Qadir was born in 1952 in the village of Weiskey of Bamo sub-district of Halabja govornorate and was a villager and was busy in animal husbandry. He was married and his wife was Jamina Fatah and they had three sons by the names of Burhan, Abdullah and Omer.
In 1977, he became a Peshmerga by Qadir Hama Salih Tagozi, who was the fourth sergeant major of the Sixth Battalion of the Kurdistan Democratic Party in the September Revolution. In 1978, a PUK force planned to sit down and talk with the Peshmerga of the Kurdistan Democratic Party in the region, especially with Qadir Hama Salih Tagozi as a well-known commander in that region, but Qadir Hama Salih Tagozi sent a Peshmerga commander sent a peshmarga regiment commanded by Aziz Hama Salih, his brother, and Hamid Muhammad Qadir was the Peshmerga of this regiment.
After having a conversation and eating dinner in one of the houses of the village, the Party's regiment decided to stay in the village, but late at night, the PUK forces, which outnumbered their regiment, attacked the Peshmerga regiment of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, and as a result, Hamid Muhammad Qadir and five of his companions named (Ja'far Mahdi, Sabir Abdulkarim Muhammad, Muhammad Karim, Aziz Gulani, and Ibrahim Shamirani) were martyred and (Ahmed Abdul-Rahman) has been seriously injured. Aziz Hama Salih Tagozi was also captured by a PUK force.
