Problem of placing Peshmerga in the Border Guard force

The problem of the non-commissioned officers and officers is as follows after Force 1 with the Peace Committee: 1- They should all go to Tawshena where they were transferred, not to the Taji camp. 2- They will not be punished for the period they were absent. 3- After they report for duty, they will be assigned to civilian jobs with the same rank and their own salary because they are in excess of the establishment, and this is for everyone who is in excess of the establishment, including non-Kurds. 4- All their promotion and retirement rights will be according to military laws. 5- The Peace Committee will send a telegram to the military units to implement these points above.
