Your telegram without number on 4/14. We regret the occurrence of the incidents mentioned in your telegram above and we share with you the condemnation and denunciation of such criminal incidents, which are only carried out by the enemies of this homeland and the Iraqi people, and they aim for nothing but to create an atmosphere of tension and chaos at a time when all sincere people are working to restore the lost trust once again. We did not learn of the incident of the killing of Sheikh Hanesh until after your telegram arrived, and we confirm that these acts, regardless of their source, are individual and completely contradict our sincere desire to eliminate them. We will do our part to conduct an immediate investigation and work to arrest the perpetrators so they receive their punishment according to the desire of all parties and in accordance with the requirements of interest and justice. We have received news that the army carried out an attack this afternoon on some villages near Erbil and occupied some of them, using tanks and artillery in its attack, and as a result, bloody clashes have occurred. This measure will increase the intensity of the tension and the danger of the situation. We hope that the necessary efforts will be made to stop this measure so that we can take the necessary measures and address the situation. Inform us, please.
