Telegram of the Mutasarrif of Sulaymaniyah 429 on 20/4. Referring to the telegram of Sulaymaniyah Security 2019 on 20/4, there is no truth to what was stated in it regarding the formation of assassination squads for the northern region by our group. No squad or committee was formed in the Pishdar region for this purpose. In case Sulaymaniyah Security is forced to do so, we request that you inform us of the names of the committee members in that region at least. We anticipated in advance the creation of a tense atmosphere in the Sulaymaniyah region specifically under these circumstances to support the subversive gatherings there by some officials. We informed the Ministerial Committee in Rania upon their presence in Erbil. And we presented this point of view of ours to the office of the President of the Republic in our telegrams 18/4
