Instructions for the reorganization of the Peshmerga Army of Kurdistan

Following our letter 18 on 2/13, you must begin implementing these two points: 1- Anyone who has been a Jash twice cannot be a Peshmerga. 2- You must begin investigations into those who are suspected or are dubious or had a role of betrayal in the surrender front, and this investigation must begin secretly and you must inform us of the results urgently. 3- Those who have recently returned to take up responsibilities must not have any sensitive points in their hands.
