On 25/9/24, a force consisting of Battalion 1, led by both Deputy Battalion Commander Ismail Haji Muhammad, Head of Branch 1 the militant Hassan Ali Garmani, and Platoon Commander Muhammad Hassan Salim Blasha, and 2 platoons from the Force Headquarters led by Bira Musa, carried out an attack on the army outpost located on Qasruke Hill in Duhok Valley and struck it with rockets and machine guns. The rockets hit their target accurately, which led to the destruction of the outpost and the killing of those who were inside it, as only two soldiers from the personnel of a full army platoon survived. Due to the large number of mines planted in the surroundings of the outpost, that force was unable to reach it. The force returned to its headquarters safely, noting that that outpost was located on the road of the residents and was obstructing the path of passersby in a despicable manner, so our strike against them was a lesson for anyone who passes by to harass the safe residents. Following that, an Ilyushin aircraft raided and bombed Bafrni, and there were no casualties. This is moving forward under the leadership of Barzani.
