Based on the request of the Mutasarrif of Sulaymaniyah Liwa and the Commander of the Twentieth Brigade, our group ceased fire and withdrew to a suitable distance. The officials in the Sulaymaniyah area, Rashid al-Sindi, have promised that they will withdraw the Jash as well. Please be informed and order the fulfillment of their promises.
