Peshmerga requests weapons and ammunition

Please note our telegram 837 on 8/16. We are in a continuous battle with the enemy daily. We have three Dushkas and we received 500 rounds of ammunition. We have additional forces with us; the sent ammunition is not enough for one battle. We have 120 Russian weapons and they are out of service due to the lack of ammunition for them. We have no funds to buy it. Please provide us quickly and answer our telegram 825 on 8/14. As Ahmad does not lend us and it is not possible to manage the affairs of the force's sustenance without funds, inform us please.
