On 4/22, the entire army was put on alert in Erbil. The security and Ba'ath Party men have all been armed. They are monitoring the Party and the Peshmerga. Yesterday evening, 20 military trucks arrived in Erbil from Kirkuk with weapons and ammunition. At 7:00 PM, they came to Spilik. For your information.
