On the occasion of the wonderful victory and the great achievement that the revolution of our people in Iraqi Kurdistan has achieved under your wise leadership in achieving autonomy (Autonomy), we offer your Excellency and the Iraqi people, Arabs and Kurds, the warmest heartfelt congratulations and best wishes, O great leader. The historic statement that was agreed upon came as a sincere expression of the wishes and hopes of our Kurdish people. It also strengthened the ties of friendship and brotherhood between the two friendly Arab and Kurdish peoples, and we, at a time when we offer our absolute support and endorsement to your struggling person and the content of the statement, wish our people and the leader of our party victory. May you live as a treasure and a support for the struggle of our nation.
