Accepting and dismissing several Peshmerga

For the interest of the revolution, I hope for your approval to authorize me to dismiss some of the Peshmerga who are unfit for service. Their failure to perform duty, their shameful cowardice, and their bad conduct have been repeated. Overlooking them affects the morale of others and the public interest. I also hope to authorize me to accept new Peshmerga to replace them and to carry those who joined the enemy from our force. Inform us, please.
