We appreciate your cooperation in ending the recent problem in the Erbil Brigade. The national interest, especially at this stage, requires your continued cooperation with the Ministerial Committee and officials in implementing the practical steps decided to restore normal conditions in the region. We request that you instruct your officials not to interfere with the mobile health teams in the region and to assist them with the vaccination campaign, disease control, and treatment of the injured, and not to interfere with the employees of the Agricultural Reform and other government departments when they perform their official duties. We request that you instruct the return of the government vehicles seized by you and inform us.
