Your historical statement is a firm foundation for supporting Arab-Kurdish brotherhood to consolidate the national unity of the Iraqi people forever. On this great occasion, we present to you, in my name and in the name of all the members of our force, from Peshmerga and officials, our full confirmation of this statement, and we appreciate the efforts of the sincere people who have exerted their efforts in order to set the final formula for solving the Kurdish problem. We pledge to you and the Kurdish people that we will exert the utmost efforts to ensure its implementation in letter and spirit with the national authority, the Arab Socialist Ba'ath Party, and all the benevolent forces in the country, and we will all stand as one row against the conspiracies of reaction and colonialism against our beloved Iraq to make them miss the opportunities.
