Original
A number of commando companies in Sinjar district are carrying out terrorist acts against citizens under the pretext of pursuing deserters, conscripts, and those who have failed to perform military service. The commandos have killed in the village of Upper Bar: Hussein Nasir, aged (50) years, Qasim Hussein, aged 40 years, and the child Zaim Hassan Hamad, aged 10 years. On 11/25, the village of Deir Asi was surrounded, and six people were killed by the commandos, including two women, and (51) people were arrested and detained in the commando camp. We hope you will issue instructions to stop such terrorist acts that do not serve the public interest and do not befit the army, and we draw your attention to the fact that such acts leave only bad effects.
