The residents of Kirkuk are waiting for the Newroz holiday to be held in the city. The Commander of the 2nd Division has given his approval. If possible, a large celebration should be held under your supervision in cooperation with the Ba'ath organization. It is the best opportunity for mobilizing the masses and the issue of the referendum in Kirkuk. Reply.
