On 8/22, the military authorities in the Rania district arrested (3) Peshmerga, including Ismail Sheikh Khidr, while they were returning to their homes. Provocative acts have increased significantly in recent times. The continuation of these acts will be met with a response, and that is not in the interest. We hope you will issue instructions to release the detainees and resolve this problem wisely.
