Your telegram 309 on 6/3. Immediately after its arrival, we received news of the incident and the assassination of the Peshmerga Wahid Mustafa. Below is the telegram from Sefin Battalion 64 on 6/3, which is the reply to our telegram 158 on 6/3 addressed to them. It begins: The killing of the Peshmerga Wahid Mustafa. He was on leave with five other Peshmerga to visit their families, and on their way back to their headquarters, Wahid went ahead of them to the Kani Shawirk cafe to rest. From a distance, his group heard the sounds of gunfire, and upon arriving at the scene of the incident, they saw Wahid killed, and near him was the corpse of Fares, also killed. The army outpost fired at the five Peshmerga, and they did nothing but carry Wahid's corpse and did not bring any rifles or other items with them. End. Please investigate the incident from your side, because such actions are only carried out by some malicious people to disturb the ranks of security and peace in which the sincere are working to clear this atmosphere and to consolidate security, stability, and love among brothers. Inform us.
