Original
We inform your Excellency that the commander of the Khanaqin force, Colonel Ali Hamdun Kashmula, is carrying out acts that harm the public interest, and here are some of them: 1- Expelling a number of residents from Khanaqin and handing over their properties to others by force. 2- He gave a speech in Khanaqin and claimed that the government would resume fighting. 3- He is trying several times to carry out military operations, and of course, this leads to unfavorable results. Such acts do not serve the public interest and help in chaos and confusion among the people. We hope to prevent such acts. Division 1 is requested to deliver the telegram to the Minister.
