Warplanes create anxiety among citizens

For two days, warplanes have been flying at low altitude over some regions in the provinces of Erbil and Mosul in a manner that calls for concern, which has led to increased anxiety among the residents in the region. We request an order to prevent these actions that would affect security and stability, at a time when we are most in need of concerted efforts to maintain security and stability in the region.
