Your telegram without number on 7/7. The situation in Sulaymaniyah has deteriorated to an unbearable extent. We ask the officials to take decisive measures to ensure that these violations do not recur in the future, otherwise we will be forced to take all measures to defend the citizens in the mentioned province and cut off the roots of crime there, and the responsible authorities will bear all the consequences that may result from that.
