Original
I was able, after persistent urging, to convince Barzani to issue his orders to his group in Sulaymaniyah Liwa to stop the clash between them and others for a period of two weeks starting from this day. We hope to instruct the other parties not to carry out acts that lead to a breach of this agreement. Barzani informed me that he learned that a section of the army's armored vehicles had participated in the clash against his group. I hope that if this news is true, orders will be issued to the military sectors to stay away from the clash area, noting that Barzani issued his strict orders not to attack the military sectors. We will inform you of the details after our return to Erbil on 12/7. We hope the Division 1 command will report this to the Prime Minister.
