Original
We support with all our emphasis, in our name and in the name of all the brothers, officials, and heroic Peshmerga, and on behalf of all citizens in the Garmian area, the important historical manifesto which was delivered by the Deputy President Ahmad Hassan al-Bakr and the President of the Republic on the evening of March 11, based on autonomy for our Kurdish people and national rights. Solving the Kurdish issue in a peaceful and just manner is considered a blessed step and a push for the wheel of the history of Iraq and the Arab nation. The alliance of the two struggling parties, the Arab Socialist Ba'ath Party and the Kurdistan Democratic Party, was a strong blow to the chests of imperialism, reactionism, and Zionism. Long live the struggle of the two struggling parties, the Arab Socialist Ba'ath and the Kurdistan Democratic Party, and the solidarity of all other good-willed national forces in Iraq.
