The authorities have seized the private Land Rover vehicle 872/D/Baghdad, belonging to Ali Abdullah in Halabja, on the charge of transporting Peshmerga members. If this is true, is this act considered a crime, or do those who take these measures only enjoy harming the interests of Iraq and deserve to be held accountable? We hope the vehicle is returned to its owner. Thank you.
