A group is harassing citizens

For about two weeks, a group of traitors has been provoking people in the town of Koisanjak, threatening them, and assaulting them. They carry weapons and roam the streets under the hearing and sight of the military and civil government authorities, without deterrence. The government authorities have not put an end to these criminals despite dozens of promises they have made.
