Our forces informed us that 12 tanks with a military force reached Qoratu with the intention of advancing to open the Jya Surkh road by force. We had previously agreed and sent our representative Shafiq Agha to solve the problem of the oil wells, and indeed everything was done; there is no need for such actions and they do not lead to good results. Please order not to carry out any military action to preserve security and stability. Inform us.
