Our telegram 313 on 5/30. We hope you bring the detainee Abdulkhaliq Mulla Ma'ruf with you during your scheduled visit to us on 6/5. I personally insist on his release because I know how he was arrested in response to the desire of a certain clique. His remaining in detention, despite our repeated requests, will lead to taking counter-measures. This is with our thanks and respect.
