Please inform us about how to hold the Newroz celebration in the Shwan area because thousands of residents of Kirkuk and the areas will participate. We see it as necessary to give importance to Newroz, which is held near Kirkuk, also in the Shwan area, Qala Siwka puts all possibilities at the disposal of the L.N.Sh.Sh. and the L.N. just for holding the Newroz celebration. We will be happy to hold the celebration with the struggling 3rd Branch, please reply.
