While a detachment of our forces was resting in the village of (Zarda) on 2/4, a military force from Qadir Karam attacked them and opened fire on our group, which forced them to defend themselves and they responded in kind. The next morning, a military force from Kirkuk, equipped with tanks and armored vehicles, came out and attacked our forces' positions in the same area, and our forces defended themselves. In these dangerous circumstances, where tension has reached its peak, saboteurs and enemies of the homeland are doing everything in their power to increase tension, ignite the fire of strife again, and drag the country into a major catastrophe that no one loyal to this homeland would accept.
