Approximately seven months ago, the Peshmerga Faisal Muhammad Qassab was arrested in Erbil by some Fursan and handed over to the military authorities, then transferred to Kirkuk. He has been cleared of all charges against him. He is now in the Erbil Saray center and there is no charge left against him worth mentioning. We request that you instruct his release and inform us with thanks.
