Request for the Army to withdraw from Duhok and Sheikhan

For days, parts of the Fourth Division units with some knights have been advancing towards the districts of Ain Sifni and Duhok and are carrying out unusual mobilizations and movements. These movements have terrified the residents for fear that they are signs of the resumption of fratricidal fighting. Given that there is nothing abnormal on our side in that region and due to the lack of justifications, we request your order to the concerned authorities to withdraw the advancing units and not to carry out mobilizations or movements to ensure the return of the serenity and tranquility that is our common goal.
