The following is the text of Barzani's telegram 153 on 3/25, it begins: Following our telegram 151 on 3/23, the courts shall continue their work on cases that have not yet been resolved. New lawsuits are not to be accepted, but rather they shall be the jurisdiction of government courts, except for disciplinary crimes of the P.M. (Peshmerga). Cooperation with government authorities in court work is required. Please implement its content.
