We learned that the aid of the K.D. organization has reached the centers of the provinces and districts. To avoid repeating the poor distribution that happened in the year 1964, we see it as necessary to make representatives in the provinces members of the distribution committees and to appoint a representative for us in every distribution committee in the centers of the districts and sub-districts so that this aid is distributed to the victims and does not go to the pockets of the rich and those who benefited from the fighting. We hope you will approach the competent authorities as soon as possible and inform us of the result.
