The government of Iraq collects aid from the afflicted

Our group in the Qaradagh area found a statement issued by the Director of Sangaw District, who is currently performing his duties in the Jamjamal sub-district, numbered 14 on 6/3, which includes collecting donations from the residents of the Sangaw area who are afflicted, in the name of helping the victims of the people of the North. Indeed, members have been appointed to do this, based on the statement of the Mutasarrif of Kirkuk numbered 1666 on 2/14. Given that the residents of the mentioned area are among the afflicted and deserving of aid, please order not to collect donations in this area and similar areas, and thank you.
