The names listed below are still in prison despite the issuance of the general amnesty statement regarding the release of detainees, convicts, and those held in custody. They are: 1- Yusuf Ahmed Yusuf, convicted, in Ramadi prison. 2- Badal Basho Omar, in Ramadi prison. Abdul Qasim, convicted, in Ramadi prison. Barakat Rasho Tuto, convicted, in Ramadi prison. Deputy Officer of Recruitment Saeed Saleh Sayed Ahmed, convicted, in Taji military base. Idris Saeed, school teacher, convicted, in Hilla prison.
