What was stated in your telegram 338 on 4/18 has been implemented as follows: 1- Ceasefire has been stopped starting from the morning of 4/19. 2- The withdrawal of both parties will take place at 1400 hours on 4/19, army units to their barracks and the Peshmerga group to outside the Bistana area. By this, we missed the opportunity for the enemies of the homeland and the Iraqi people. 3- We request the authorities to form a committee to estimate the damages and compensate immediately because of the recent operation.
