Your telegram 64 on 11/March. Sincere greetings. For two weeks, the gathering of armed men led by Isa Siwar, Ali Khalil, and Haso Mirhan has been increasing in the Atrush and Sheikhan region, and this gathering has created an atmosphere that has terrified the citizens there. All we did was send a small force to Dinka Ali for the purpose of reassuring the residents, nothing more and nothing less. I hope you instruct Haso Mirhan, Isa Siwar, and Ali Khalil to return with their group to their original areas. I hope they cooperate to reach a satisfactory result with which we can start with you to solve all problems. We suggest that you send a representative from you to the 4th Corps Command to work with the sub-committee that we recently formed on 5/3, and to work with the division command to solve problems as they occur and before they escalate, and the division command will ensure his protection and the response of the others. Regards.
