On the night of 25-12/26, some Jash went out from Sirwan and Halabja to the neighboring villages for the purpose of robbery and looting. They clashed with a patrol belonging to our group and finally fled to the Sirwan sub-district. We hope for an instruction to put an end to them, considering them part of the armed forces and to preserve security and stability.
