Following the return of the masses of Halabja to the city, the black-faced Jash have once again begun harassing the people. Please take immediate measures to put an end to these traitors. 3 of the residents have fled to us because they have issued arrest warrants for them. They are with us now: Saif al-Din Sayyid Muhammad, Ali Abdullah, and Hamid Mahmoud. Please keep us informed of your actions.
