Regarding your telegram 107/A, I have formed a committee consisting of myself, the battalion judge, the martyr Aziz, and a representative of the 2nd Branch of the KDP to investigate this matter in the area, as no one has come to complain yet. Please send anyone who has come to you to us, or give us their names along with the name of the official who is covering for them; both are worse than the Jash. Please give us the names of those officials who have been complained about to you. Please reply urgently.
