Following up on our telegram 34 on 4/20, this morning police and security detachments carried out a search of Peshmerga members and the residents in a terrorizing manner. The search revealed harassment and beating, then arrest. The continuation of the situation in this manner creates problems that do not serve the public interest. We request your order regarding what you see as appropriate to rectify the situation
