The situation: 1- Following our telegram F.A 11-6/5, the Fifth Column advanced along the Sufian chain led by brother Arif Darwish, commander of B4. 2- The column advanced violently after seeing the other columns advancing quickly and violently towards Bingird. On the night of 11-6/5, the Izz al-Din Muhammad column, consisting of Jamil Sadiq Ziwai, Juma Ali, Ali Chiki, Sayyid Abd al-Aziz, Hammadi Ismail, Musa Ahmad, Omar Hama Salih, Dr. Fatah, Awar Abdullah, Arif Rafiq, and Mulla Ahmad Rustam, advanced to Bingird after clearing the village of Marga, and Bingird and all the outposts controlling it were occupied. Then the column advanced to Bardasan and Siuka, and then the column turned towards Rashki and then met with Fatih Haji Hama Rash's column in Kora Qalaj. 3- After 29 helicopters arrived to drop supplies to save the defeated enemy camp to the bank of the sea opposite the heavily besieged Mirza Rustam, and the fighter planes were flying over the path of our forces' advance to prevent them from reaching the defeated and retreating forces. On the evening of 16/11, our forces' units entered the village of Bingird. To verify the enemy's mechanized forces, we will inform you of the details of Arif Darwish's column in a later telegram. This is it, and forward under the leadership of Barzani.
